1. Formation of Agreement
Your access to and use of Obsidoria creates a legally enforceable contract between you and the operators of this platform. These Terms of Service define the complete scope of that contractual relationship. By using Obsidoria in any capacity, you signify your complete and unconditional acceptance of every provision contained herein. Should you disagree with any term or condition, you must immediately cease all use of the platform.
2. Platform Classification and Operational Parameters
Obsidoria operates exclusively as a free-access social casino entertainment platform. We provide social casino-style games utilizing virtual currency that possesses absolutely no monetary value in any real-world context. Obsidoria does not constitute a gambling platform, does not facilitate real-money wagering, does not accept financial deposits, and does not distribute cash prizes or items of actual value. 3. Age Verification and Eligibility Standards
Use of Obsidoria is restricted exclusively to individuals who have attained at least 18 years of age. This age threshold is absolute, non-negotiable, and applies universally regardless of local age-of-majority laws. 4. Virtual Currency Valuation

These virtual assets cannot be purchased with real money because we do not sell them. They cannot be converted to real money because they have no value. 5. Permitted and Prohibited Uses
You may access and use Obsidoria exclusively for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: attempting to compromise platform security through hacking or exploitation; deploying automated software, bots, scripts, or similar tools; interfering with the experiences of other users; reverse engineering our games or platform code; using Obsidoria for any commercial purpose; attempting to extract, copy, or redistribute our content; and engaging in any activity not explicitly authorized by these terms.
6. Intellectual Property Rights and Ownership
All content accessible through Obsidoria—including software code, visual assets, audio elements, text content, design elements, logos, trademarks, and any other materials—is owned by Obsidoria or our licensors and protected under intellectual property laws including copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret statutes. Your use of the platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal entertainment purposes only, conferring no ownership rights whatsoever.
7. Warranty Disclaimers
Obsidoria is provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties or representations of any kind. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for particular purposes, non-infringement, title, and those arising from course of dealing, usage of trade, or performance. We make no warranty that Obsidoria will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or meet any particular requirements or expectations.
8. Comprehensive Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Obsidoria and its operators, developers, affiliates, partners, licensors, and any associated parties shall not be liable for any damages, losses, costs, or consequences of any nature whatsoever arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the platform. This limitation encompasses direct damages, indirect damages, incidental damages, consequential damages, special damages, exemplary damages, punitive damages, and any other category of damages, regardless of the legal theory underlying any claim and even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. User Responsibilities and Indemnification Obligations
You bear sole responsibility for your conduct while using Obsidoria and for any consequences resulting therefrom. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold completely harmless Obsidoria and its operators from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees), and any other obligations arising from: your use of the platform; your violation of these terms; your violation of any applicable laws or regulations; or your violation of any rights of third parties.
10. Platform Modification and Termination Rights
We reserve the absolute and unconditional right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue Obsidoria or any component thereof at any time, with or without notice, and with or without liability. This includes modifying game availability, altering features, changing content, updating these Terms of Service, or completely ceasing operations. Your continued use of Obsidoria following any modifications constitutes acceptance of those changes.
11. Access Termination Provisions
We may terminate or suspend your access to Obsidoria immediately and without prior notice or liability, for any reason or no reason whatsoever, including if we believe you have violated these terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these terms immediately cease. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity obligations, and liability limitations.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service, and any disputes arising from or relating to them or to Obsidoria, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without reference to conflicts-of-law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts for resolution of any disputes, controversies, or claims arising from these terms or your use of Obsidoria.
13. Severability and Integration
If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its intent, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Obsidoria regarding use of the platform, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
